    1. Delivery Policy

    Y'ERA shipping methods with orders on the website:

    - Free nationwide shipping on all orders

    - Shipping time: within 02 – 07 days or depending on the time of shipping.

    Depending on the specific support policy at each time, product, and location, the order will show the shipping method the final may be different.

    Y'ERA commits to checking the order and having appropriate handling policies for each specific case.

     

    2. Delivery process:

    When receiving goods, customers should pay attention to:

    - Take a video to open the package and compare the goods with the invoice

    - Check whether the actual product is true to the product that the customer has ordered or not.

    - Check the packaging and whether the product is damaged by the shipping process.

    If you are not satisfied with one of the above, you can ask the delivery staff to confirm and return the goods.

    Y'ERA will not be responsible for resolving complaints about lack of goods or wrong delivery of Customer's goods after Customer has signed for receipt and payment.

    Note: The order will be automatically canceled if the delivery staff cannot contact the Customer at the time of delivery (up to 3 calls and 10 minutes apart each time).
