Y'ERA currently applies 4 payment methods including payment via VNPAY, payment via Paypal, bank transfer, and payment upon receipt of goods (COD). Details of these 4 ways of payment are as follows:
1. Payment via VNPAY:
For payment via VNPAY, you follow the following instructions to pay:
Step 1: Select the payment method via VNPAY, fill in the information and click "ORDER".
Step 2: Use Internet Banking or a Smart Banking app to scan the transfer code for Y'ERA according to the QR VNPAY information displayed.
* Note: You need to pay at least 15 minutes after the order arises, if after this time Y'ERA has not received the payment, support staff will contact you to support you.

2. Payment via Paypal:
For payment via Paypal, you follow the following instructions to pay:
Step 1: Select the payment method via Paypal, fill in the information and click "PLACE ORDER".
Step 2: Use your Paypal account to perform a payment scan for Y'ERA according to the order you have placed.
* Note: You need to pay at least 15 minutes after the order arises, if after this time Y'ERA has not received the payment, staff will contact you to support you.

3. Prepaid payment by bank transfer:
For bank transfer, please follow the instructions below to make the payment
Step 1: Select the bank transfer method, fill in the information, and click "ORDER".
Step 2: Use Internet Banking or a Smart Banking app to transfer money to Y'ERA according to the following information:
You pay "True" the amount of the order to the following information:
Bank: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Vietcombank. Saigon South Branch.

Account holder: YEAST ERA JOINT STOCK COMPANY
The content of the submission should be as follows: Phone number + Customer name ( Matching with the information of the order section)
* Note: You need to pay at least 15 minutes after the order arises, if after this time Y'ERA has not received the payment, support staff will contact you to support you.

Step 3: Confirm and complete the payment. Y'ERA after receiving the order information will check with the money received within 15 minutes after the order arises. If Y'ERA confirms that the order has been paid, it will contact you to confirm information about the payment, as well as to inform you when you can receive the goods.
Step 4: Pickup You receive the goods and check the number of products when receiving. You will not have to pay any other expenses.
4. Payment upon receipt of goods (COD payment):
Step 1: For how to pay when receiving goods, you just need to choose the COD payment method and fill in the receipt information. After receiving information about the order, Y'ERA will contact you again to confirm the order and the payment to be paid upon receipt of the goods.
Step 2: When receiving the goods, you check the number of products, if you have enough customers please pay the correct value of the order to the delivery person. Y'ERA after receiving the payment will automatically deduct the outstanding balance on the system for you and will notify you via email registered for the order (If there is an email)
