    1. Definition

    Checking is to carry out the work of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the Y'ERA package sent with the products in the order requested by the customer.

     

    2. Regulations

    2.1. At the time of checking:

    - Y'ERA accepts customers to check with delivery staff at the time of receiving goods.

    - After receiving the goods, the customer checks to detect errors, can contact the customer care department for assistance in returning. Note, you record a video at the opening of the container to compare when necessary.

    2.2. Scope of goods inspection:

    - Customers can count the number of products actually received, compare and compare the products received with the products placed on the order after Y'ERA confirms the order according to the following criteria:

    - According to the basic commodity attributes: goods name, unit, quantity, taste, weight,...

    - According to the model shown by the product's profile photo saved when ordering and after being confirmed by Y'ERA.

    - Absolutely do not peel, open the product boxes with sealed stamps, guaranteed stamps.

     

    3. Handling steps when the goods received are not the same as the order

    - When you co-check, the product received is not the same as the product you placed on the order. Please contact the hotline 0289 996 8369 to see customer service to confirm the order.

    - In case Y'ERA closes the wrong order at the request of the customer, the customer may not receive the goods, and not pay. In case the order has been paid, the customer can request to resubmit the new order.

    - In case Y'ERA packs the goods according to the order, but the customer changes the demand, the customer can request to return and apply the return policy.
