    1. Terms of return:

    Customers need to check the status of goods and can exchange/return goods at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

    - The goods are not of the correct type or model in the ordered order or as on the website at the time of ordering.

    - Insufficient quantity, not enough sets as in the order.

    -The external condition is affected such as tearing the packaging, peeling, breaking...

    - Returned goods must ensure the following factors:

    + Re-entry goods must be clean, with stamps, serial, and sales invoices.

    + Liquidated and discounted goods are not allowed to apply the re-entry and renewal policies.

    Disclaimer: Since products are wrapped in Y'ERA packaging, they cannot be pre-checked for shape, color, flavor, and sometimes there is a slight difference between shipments. Y'ERA will not be responsible for repayment for subjective reasons from customers such as:

    + The product color has a different color than the product used before.

    + The product has a different taste than the product used before.

    + The product has a solubility that is not completely different from the product used before.

     

    2. Regulations on the time of notification and return of products:

    - Time for notification of return: within 48 hours of receiving the product for the case of missing accessories, gifts or broken.

    - Delivery time: within 14 days after receiving the product.

    - Location of product exchange and return: Customers transfer products to Golden King Building, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
